   3 **Thursday, October 13, 7:30 PM** DOLLEY MADISON LIBRARY, McLEAN. VA. CHANGE. This meeting will be devoted to a discussion of digital amateur television by Bill Fenn, N4TS and Paul Rinaldo, W4RI. DVB-S and other protocols will be covered. The talk by George Heron, N2APB, on the SDR Cube Tranceiver will be rescheduled.
