Sandy is out of town for a few days and I am not sure how much he will
have his email available so I am replying for him.
The AMRAD repeater is an open repeater and we support its use in an
emergency either as a primary, backup or just as an alternate. Please
feel free to include it in your plans and in Saturday's SET. Besides,
we like to encourage it being put to good use.
