NF DIP Adaptor

Oooh, well found, Joe! Most PCB designs using the chip have both pin arrangements on the board as it was made in the two different formats, but I have seen adapter boards advertised for this specific chip and purpose.

Now, what to build with it? Thomas Henry's 'SN-Voice' is a free-for-use design for a one-board high-performance synthesizer module, while his 'SN-Controller' design is also intended as a modular synthesizer control unit. If a simple noisemaker is more your intention, I have a good design from a company that no longer exists.

Where did you find it?
